Custom Oligonucleotide Synthesis has been one of 1st BASE core services since our establishment in 2002. Today, 1st BASE is one of the leading life science product manufacturers and custom service providers in the Asia Pacific region.

In 2011, Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT) agreed to acquire 1st BASE oligonucleotide business and this combined business is known as 1st BASE Custom Oligos Pte Ltd (FBCO).

From January 2012, 1st BASE Custom Oligos (FBCO) will offer the following products:

•    DNA Oligonucleotides (Tubes, Plates)
•    RNA Oligonucleotides
•    Dual-labeled Probes and qPCR Assays
•    RNAi products (Dicer-substrate siRNA, TriFECTa, controls and more)
