Increasing R&D applications demanded the need for high quality and purity RNA oligos. These applications include siRNA synthesis, synthesis of microRNAs, chimeric DNA/RNA oligos, modified / fluorescently labeled RNA oligos and modified bases for antisense studies.
In 2006, 1st BASE launched our Custom RNA Synthesis Services.
We routinely synthesize RNA oligos between 10-50mers in length in the following scales:

Our RNA oligos are delivered lyophilized with Sodium as the counter ion. We recommend using RNase-free HPLC as the preferred purification method.
