The standard length of DNA Dual-Labeled probes is between 18 to 35 bases and the probes are HPLC purified and quality checked by Mass Spectrometry. 1st BASE Dual-Labeled DNA Probes are synthesize at 50nmole, 200nmole and 1 umole scale with the respective yield of 2 OD, 5 OD and 10 OD. The turnaround time of 7 working days applies for standard probes.
