Please ensure that your samples meet our requirements as listed.

Please download our DNA Sequencing Order form and send the completed form to our respective email accounts to activate a free collection (Singapore and Malaysia's Klang Valley only) and ensure speedy processing of samples. These information are available in the Ordering section.
Guidelines for packaging for safe transportation of sequencing samples from outstation/ overseas:- Sample in microcentrifuge tube (preferably in 0.5mL tubes) or directly on 96-well plate for high throughput sequencing orders (empty the well no. H12 for our internal control reaction)
- Label clearly on the side and top of tube with a permanent marker
- Please use simple labels on your tubes (e.g. initials and numbers) and avoid long sample names
- Make sure the lid is firmly pressed
- Seal the lid with a piece of parafilm
- Place samples in a small plastic bag, then wrap tubes with bubble bag and send in a padded envelope
- Do not stick samples onto the sequencing forms
- Send your samples by overnight delivery either through Courier Company. The DNA samples can be sent at room temperature.
- Notify 1st BASE Lab for sample sending and provide tracking number if any.
